We did field work for our project. It allowed us to get a view of how this project is going to work. For our project we made turkey potstickers, which are similar to an Asian dumpling. We did not take a picture of the food we made but we screenshotted the recipe. My uncle cooks potstickers a lot and this is the recipe he uses so we had him send it to us and we used it for our project. This experience wasn't super life changing but it we now know how this project is going to work. It is going to be difficult to get all of the ingredients we are going to need because not only is it expensive but some of it they don't sell in a typical American grocery store. Some of the items will have to be bought at a special food store and being able to find the right ingredients will be difficult but we will figure it out.
